“Break The Silence In Utah” Elder Abuse Conference
The Conference is set this year at Snow College, 800 W 200 N Richfield, Utah.
This conference is offered FREE to the public and professionals but you must reserve a ticket at Eventbrite

This year’s conference is designed to bring together local resources to build networks and better serve our Elder population in all areas of our state. This conference is designed to promote education, discussion and solutions for the issues being faced by our Elders and Caregivers in Utah today. This conference is developed for advocates, direct service providers, law enforcement, legal/financial professionals, health and social work professionals.
Paul Greenwood-San Diego County District Attorney will be the Keynote speaker.
Sandy Markwood-Chief Executive Office of National Association of Area Agencies on Aging will be a Guest Speaker.
Kit Gruelle-Domestic violence and sexual assault victim advocate will be a Guest Speaker.
There will be two panel discussions: One on What Does it Take to Prosecute Fraud/Financial Exploitation in the State of Utah, and the other will be the Six County Elder Abuse Coalition. The agenda is still being developed so check back often for updates.
Lunch will be included for all.
